CoinBurp set to shake up the retail market

At CoinBurp, we are aiming to change the dark and intimidating landscape of the cryptocurrency market. By employing a user-centered design process focused on user experience, our goal is to create a trading platform so simple and intuitive that anyone could use it.

In 2015, and with only £1,000, Peter (CEO) and Bipin (COO) co-founded BitBroker; a brokerage website specialising in selling Bitcoin on third-party platforms. Over the next 4 years, BitBroker cemented itself as one of the largest cryptocurrency brokerages in the UK, enjoying a turnover of £100M in the last 12 months, of which £3M was profit. It was at this point when it occurred to Peter and Bipin that most businesses in the cryptocurrency space were making the same mistakes. In particular, the time it was taking customers to onboard was far too long, and the general complexity of the services was confusing low-confidence users and discouraging them from entering the market. As BitBroker operated off a third-party platform, the amount of control Peter and Bipin had around these issues was limited. If they wanted to make a real change in the industry, they would have to create a new trading platform. And so, with the introduction of User Experience Designer; Tom Allison, and the cryptocurrency litigation lawyers at Selachii, CoinBurp was born.

Since our launch on the 7th of May 2019, we have been committed to providing our customers with a uniquely user-friendly trading experience! We have simplified our trade form into 3 steps making buying and selling cryptocurrency with us as easy as transferring money on your banking app!

With a strong focus on community and education, we work tirelessly to ensure our users are as informed in the space as possible. Producing countless bitesize pieces of content for our social channels and have even created a beginners guide to cryptocurrency eBook. We will continue to put education at the forefront of what we do and hope to become an industry leader in crypto education.

We aim to make cryptocurrency accessible to the masses without the extortionate fees that other big “user-friendly” platforms are failing to do. We have a hands-on support team that is dedicated to ensuring any problems or queries are resolved swiftly and efficiently.
